While the guys had a great time performing, we were upset to hear that many people were unable to make it inside the venue due to issues with the Fire Marshall. The venue has notified us that for those guests who purchased their tickets at the Birds Nest Box Office or at one of the on-course ticket booths, refunds will be honored today through Thursday, March 4th from 9 AM to 4 PM and Friday, March 5th from 9 AM to 2 PM at the WM Phoenix Open Office (7226 N. 16th St. #100, Phoenix, AZ, 85020).
