Dear Fellow Readers and O.A.R. ,
You know, we all have dreams. You may have wanted to be an astronaut, or a firefighter or something that seemed heroic to you. Well...for a while, like some kids, I wanted to be a rock star and be famous. Now, I want to be a singer...not for fame or publicity [well that would be nice;)] but to an aspiring artist. O.A.R. has been a big influence for the past couple years. Their combined talents with their instruments and lyrics can uplift us or humble us; inspire and unite us. For me, song writing is a hobby of mine. I know I've got a long way to go, but I believe I can do it. The tradition of music is disappearing though, with the economy...I've seen commercials for "Save the music" and related topics. I would hate for our kids and their children to lose the great music we have today. So If you have tips for me or advice on how to achieve what I need to become a band/artist, please tell me. If not, or you have negative comments, I'll say this: I've got my dreams and you've got yours...let those who believe, believe; and those who don't, don't. Thanks
