HELP i purchased the show download from liveoar.com when i bought my tickets and the show is now available for download (bethel woods 8/7/10) and i dont know how to redeem my purchase... what do i do?

Birthday
The 13th was my birthday and its been nearly two years since my wife and I have been able to get out of the house for the night without kids. Needless to say we were both disappointed about the cancelation. We hope you make it back soon!

Went to the July 10th show in Chicago, IL and was wondering where I can get a USB bracelet with the show recorded on it. I couldnt make it to the merch tent after the show and would love to have a copy of the amazing show.

MD Concerts
We go every year to the concert in MD - but was a little disappointed last year that half the show was acoustic. Merriweather is a venue where you want to get up and dance. I hope this year they are more lively!

I had heard of O.A.R. from one of my wife's friends a few years back. Then on HDTheater I saw this piece on O.A.R. and saw Richard! Man he looks just the same. So... congrats Richard - it's great to see you rocking it out!

I am so looking forward to seeing you guys at the IOW Festival this year. There is no doubt you will rock the Big Top. My Son's First Concert
My 7 year old son's only Birthday request this year is to see OAR in concert. You guys are coming to Kansas City in July, and we have our tickets! He is so excited to see you guys. Do you guys do any type of Meet and Greet with your fans before the concert? He would be totally awe struck if he got to meet you guys. It would be hard to top any future Birthday presents if we could pull this off! Can't wait to see you in Kansas City in July!

Was super excited to plan my very 1st OAR show in Kansas City, but almost had a heart attack when I found out the very next night they are going to be in my hometown! I will be chasing the bus back to Davenport to see them the next night! Watch for me and my posse, we will be the wild group up in front - 1st time show for all of them!

Ticket Fees
Very disappointed that OAR started using a ticket service. I ahve seen many of their concerts and was looking forward to seeing them again in Saratoga, NY this year. In the process of ordering 8 tickets, I was about to complete the transaction when I was hit with almost $100 in fees. I guess I just have to live with my recordigns.
